Shipping

• We offer world wide shipping. Shipping costs (and import taxes) are at the customers expense, for both sales and returns.
• We pack our packages with the utmost care, however we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during shipping.
• Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. 
• Orders can be picked up in our studio for free, in The Hague, The Netherlands. We kindly ask you to pick up your items (by appointment only) within 5 working days after placing your order. 

Returns

• We offer a return policy of 14 days. However, as a small business we hope you are happy with our handmade items, it means the world to us!
• If you prefer a refund, please contact us for more information. 
• Bespoke work, personal works and commissioned work is not eligible for return. 
• Return items must be unused, and shipped back in the same conditions, and by using a track and trace code.
• We are not responsible for any damage during shipping. If the product gets lost during shipping or arrives damaged, we are not able to issue a refund.
• Shipping costs, both for sales and returns, are on costs of the customer.
• We reserve the rights to refuse returns.

Handmade pieces

• All pieces are handmade, and may differ from each other. It's possible that pieces show little differences in colors, shape and size.

Orders

• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

Products and prices

• All prices on the website are for one piece, unless otherwise stated.
• All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. 

Private orders and commissions

• We take (private) commissions. We start with a proposal, and agree on the products and prices beforehand.
• It takes about 6 - 12 weeks to finish a (private) order or commission, unless otherwise agreed.
• The first 40% of the total amount will be invoiced before start, and 60% of the total amount after finishing the products.
• It's not possible to return private orders or commissions. If there are any complains, please contact us.

Privacy

• We won't ever share your information with a third party. 
• However, we have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

Packaging

• We pack and dispatch our orders with the utmost care. We always use sustainable packaging material, as long as we can make sure it arrives at your homes safely. 
• It may occur that we recycle other packaging materials, in this case we save them from our own incoming parcels.
• Recycle, recycle, recycle, we care about the earth.

Images on the website

• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• Please don't use images from the website without permission. If we agreed on using our images, please always mention and tag our business Lindsey Unitli Ceramics.
